When i went for my 20 week scan they told me my baby was ill. I was devastated. They sent me for tests and told me my baby had Triploidy, there was no chance my baby was going to live. Then when i was 29 weeks gone i went in to labour. Jayden Mark Hannah. He was born on the 13th April 2008, he lived for 1 hour and fell asleep on 14th April 2008. He was so perfect, looked just like his big brother Mackenzie. My heart got broken that day.He looked beautiful. God Bless my perfect son Jayden. You'll always be in my heart baby. Mummy, Daddy and Mackenzie miss and love you so much.We think about you everyday and you should be here with us. x x x x x
